Great start! The calendars are a nice reminder to kids and parents. Could you add a bit more information about assignments... I'm not sure how much info you can put in each box.
I'd like some more "This I believe": your personal beliefs about teaching and learning. Kids and parents will be more likely to follow your lead if they know what you expect, how you came to your expectations, what you believe about how math is useful, how you came to be a math teacher (a special teacher?), your beliefs about why math knowledge is different than other subjects... that kind of stuff.
